Child Safety Standards
Last updated: August 11, 2026
These standards describe how ValuePair prevents and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply even though ValuePair is an adults-only service.
Adults only
ValuePair is only for people aged 18 or older. Creating an account for a minor or misrepresenting a person's age is prohibited. Our age restriction does not reduce our responsibility to respond to child safety concerns.
Zero tolerance
ValuePair has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
- Creating, requesting, uploading, sharing, promoting, or storing CSAM is prohibited.
- Sexualized contact with a minor or attempts to groom or exploit a minor are prohibited.
- Computer-generated or altered material that depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child is prohibited.
How to report a concern
In ValuePair, open the Safety control for the person or message, choose Report, then select Child safety concern. Add any useful context and submit the report. Reports are private and may also block the reported person immediately.
You can also use our contact form or contact . If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.
How ValuePair responds
Child-safety reports are escalated for prompt review. We take steps appropriate to the report and applicable law. These steps may include:
- Removing access to prohibited material and preventing further contact.
- Restricting or terminating accounts involved in abuse or exploitation.
- Preserving only the information needed for safety, legal compliance, or an investigation.
- Reporting suspected or confirmed illegal material or conduct to the appropriate regional or national authorities when required by law.
- Cooperating with lawful requests from authorities.
