Photos with your permission: Photos stay blurred during the 14 questions. Clear photos appear only after you finish and both agree to share them.

Before you get started

Is ValuePair free?

Yes. The core app will always be free and ad-free: matching, getting to know each other, and chatting. Optional Premium features add convenience and extras. They are already marked as Premium and are currently free to use during the beta. ValuePair is for adults aged 18 and over.

Will I get a match straight away?

Once your profile is complete and you join matching, we look for someone who fits your values and preferences. As soon as a suitable person is available, you receive an introduction. Timing depends on availability, shared languages, and your settings.

Is this for friendship or dating?

Friendship is the starting point here. In your profile, you can choose friendship, dating, or both. Matching respects compatible intentions.

Do I have to answer all 14 questions at once?

No. You can answer in several visits, without waiting for each reply. Matches have response windows, so this is not an unlimited pause. The FAQ explains timing and inactive matches.

Can I keep my photo private?

Your match sees a blurred photo during the questions. A clear photo requires both of you to finish and agree to share. You can end the match at any time.
