How ValuePair publishes guides and product observations

This page explains who accepts responsibility for ValuePair's public content, how it is prepared, and where its claims stop.

Who publishes the content

ValuePair is the organization author and publisher of the English guides and German blog. By ValuePair means that ValuePair accepts responsibility for the page and its corrections. It does not imply that a named clinician, academic, or independent reviewer wrote it.

When a page describes ValuePair or compares it with another service, the publisher's product interest is stated on the page.

How a guide is prepared

Topics are selected for a concrete reader question and checked against the existing article inventory before a new page is created. Product claims are checked against the current application, public FAQ, and maintained architecture documentation.

AI-assisted tools may support research, translation, drafting, analysis, or code. They are not treated as sources. Before publication, factual claims are checked against the linked material, product statements are checked against the implemented behavior, and unsupported certainty is removed.

Sources and claim boundaries

ValuePair prefers primary research and first-party product documentation where they are available. A source is described within the population and outcome it actually studied. A study about closeness, couples, or a particular workplace population is not silently generalized to friendship as a whole.

ValuePair's questions are informed by published research, but they are not a validated psychometric instrument. The matching system does not predict friendship, chemistry, compatibility, or relationship success.

Product observations

A product observation must name its snapshot date, unit, inclusion rules, fully observed denominator, exclusions, and limitations. Completion describes stored product behavior, not friendship quality or a successful relationship.

ValuePair does not publish raw answers, free-text explanations, private messages, or sensitive demographic cross-tabs as editorial evidence. A public aggregate requires a separate privacy and disclosure review before publication.

Corrections

Material factual corrections are made in the article and reflected in its modified date. A correction does not preserve an attractive number or conclusion when the underlying unit or method cannot support it.

Questions about a source, product statement, or correction can be sent through the contact form.
